We have diligently reviewed all aspects of your guest experience and with the guidance of state and local officials, we have developed a set of guidelines to ensure our guests have the safest and most enjoyable stay possible.

 

Steamboat Inn Employees

  • All employees are required to enter the building and wash their hands.

  • All employees are to practice social distancing

  • Staff handling food and linens will always wear disposable gloves

    Check-in Process

  • Please check in with our front desk staff, we ask that they use one of our many hand sanitizer stations throughout the property

  • A plexi- glass shield is now in place at the front desk. Staff will be performing all guest interaction behind the shield

    Breakfast Service

  • Breakfast will be served in the George Moon Common Room.

  • Breakfast will be pre- ordered by our guests on arrival.

  • We will do our best to deliver breakfast at the requested time slot.

  • To accommodate any dietary needs or requests, please let us know at the time of booking and we will make a note in your reservation

During your Stay

  • Rooms can be serviced during your stay.

  • Remote controls, parking cards, and keys will be sterilized and sealed in plastic for each new arrival.

  • Social distancing placement marking will be placed throughout the building.

  • Gourmet refreshment boxes are available for purchase online prior to arrival. We are happy to offer these boxes for purchase during your stay.

  • We ask that once guests check out that they depart our parking lot before 1pm.
